What a miserable collection of unsympathetic reactionary and volatile receptionists. Compassion obviously isnt in their vocabulary. No idea what the doctors are like as the firewalls on the front desk will do anything in their power to turn patients away. And they appear to enjoy their power and their ability to spread misery. Horrible place. Really unpleasant staff. Ghastly experience each time. Moving to a humanitarian practice asap

I've been a patient here for at least 6 years and the service has been consistently good. Everyone I see here -- the reception staff, nurse, GPs -- are all friendly, attentive and respectful. Since the pandemic they seem to be a bit busier, but for minor issues I usually can get a phone consultation within a few days. I hope the online service will be better in the future, it's convenient for admin tasks like getting test results and booking appointments.

Unbelievably rude and patronising reception staff on the front desk today, has zero customer service experience or understanding of how to talk to people like a normal human being. Went in to complete a registration and she was so hostile, told me well youre not on the system as a new registration, so I showed her the email I received saying to bring in my passport to complete registration, she then told me I dont have time to deal with this, write your details down and I said I needed to complete it today and then try to get an urgent appointment this week as I am suffering with painful sinusitis infection, she then looked at me with this rude expression and remarked we are going round and round in circles - seriously who treats patients like this? She clearly has issues and should not be working in a customer facing role, she was horrible and unprofessional, I left in tears.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Syed she was quite polite, proactive and helpful. Thank you so much.
