Feb/March. The current female manager there is very rude, unprofessional, has no customer service acumen, and does not know or understand the company's allergen policy. Shocking, yet very serious! She should be dismissed, as she is definitely not suited to work there. Have spoken about this to others who've been recently and they've had the same experience from her.

I loved the crepes here. Today I came and a girl with red hair at the till doesnt know whats a smile. She was very serious, when I was paying there was the option of tips , which it never was like this, and she was kinda looking if I put yes or no. I put no, because how can I give tips if I dont know what service I receive today? And also I just paid 15 pound for 1 crepe and 1 shake. The crepe was different, was less filled than usual. This thing that you need to decide if give tips before, its tricky.
