        I wish I'd seen these reviews before I spent 40 on a Gift Card that never arrived. I've sent countless emails, countless telephone calls to their Customer service with no response whatsoever. This company is disgraceful and are taking people's money illegally. They need reporting to Rip off Britain.

        Don't even have a direct line for the cinema , trying to locate a lost item and that I will have to fill out a form utter joke I will stick to the odean cinema instead.

        Where do they find people who run a company with such shoddy customer services? And these people have a head office in a prime location like Chiswick? London as a city should be a standard-bearer and the people deserve better.

        An absolute disgrace of a company, took my money for two e-codes, that didn't work, rude ignorant staff at Croydon venue no help, manager called jaber, couldn't run a bath let alone a cinema, then customer service the worst off the bunch. Use cineworld, 100% better
