        I have been going to Optimal Spine Chiropractors in Addiscombe Croydon for nearly 3 years and have recently been seeing Firas what an amazing guy he takes the time to get to know you and talks through everything with you. The treatment I have received has really helped me and Firas is very thorough and with addition of relaxing soothing music I would most definitely recommend Firas the best chiropractor I have ever seen & Ive seen a few 10 out of 10

        After an enforced break, due to an a viral infection, i resumed my treatment at Addiscombe on Monday. Firas was excellent with me. Understanding and patient. Altogether an uplifting experience.
