DO NOT USE! Jason is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. It felt more like a grilling than a conversation when I attended my first consultation. I asked him to be more pleasant and he continued with his horrid tone and manner. I didnt proceed with being treated and asked for partial refund for 80 paid upfront and he flatly refused. I will be taking further action with the chiropractic association as this is totally unacceptable behaviour. What a horrid man.

Rude, patronising and unhelpful. I was really looking forward to a local chiro that might help but was NOT the place. I arrived and was ushered off to one side. The chiro, seemed very arrogant and just hurried my replies (literally motioning for me to hurry up) when I was trying to give an insight. Sat down for 80 to be told it was Covid which judging by posts below is a hot topic of his, and then no treatment and literally no care. A classic of example of a client facing job, done by a man with social-emotional range of a teaspoon. Wont be going back soon.

Seems like a great doctor, had a good 1st consult and a treatment, but really disappointed with the customer service. Happy to discuss if they would call me back. Having reflected on the reply below, to give context I initially called in to make an appointment and after retrieving all my details and checking dates was told at the end to go do the appointment booking online, which I said I didn't find helpful. After all, I had made the effort to call in. Apologies that that was deemed rude! A suggestion would be to record customer calls so that it can be used in training staff or even the bedside manner of clinicians. The 1 star review, was just to remind the clinic that customers' and patients deserve to be treated as if our time is also valuable. Perhaps something to reflect on for the future.
