Tesla

Sad to say that after 6 years owning a Model S with overall excellent experience, when buying a new Model Y in the UK it's like a different company. Absolutely abysmal system of allocating collection dates where estimated dates bear no resemblance to actual dates offered. I have now had to lose allocation of the car twice because I was unable to collect on the appointed day despite in the latest experience paying in full already and insuring the car then finding myself stuck in Europe 3 days longer than expected. Tried to delay collection just 3 days and they're not interested. Even reallocated my car to someone else 2 days before what was to be my collection day. I'm absolutely furious about this ridiculous system and due to estimated dates going forward it now looks like I'll be on holiday cruising Alaska when my next collection week is offered, although due to estimated and actual dates being unrelated I am still unable to plan another collection in what will be 2 more months. Tesla no longer seem to care about their customer relations and if I could buy this car in another way from somewhere else I would. If there was a Zero star rating they would get one from me.

An enormous sign brags about how many Superchargers exist globally ... what they do not mention is a comparison as to just HOW BAD service is if you can even find a service centre. Unlike other car dealers where service is "always" where sales is, Tesla make you wait and drive hundreds of miles to find so called service. I owned one; sold it ... NEVER again.

Had a great test drive of a Model 3, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cant wait to get my long range edition!
