A truly terrible experience that could have been fixed so easily. I went to latifah to get highlights. Ive had bad experiences at other salons and showed her pictures of chunky highlights that I hated and she reassured me she wouldnt do that. But thats exactly what she did. After her rebleaching my roots to fix her mistake, I was left with an orange scalp. We even went into natural light and you could clearly see the difference between my blonde ends and my scalp. I was running late for work so I asked her if I should use purple shampoo to fix it and she told me that next time I come in it would be blended better and that it was normal for my roots to be darker (no it is not). My friends and colleagues all told me the difference is very noticeable and although I did use purple shampoo, I am still highlighter orange at my roots. I cant wait another 3 months to have this fixed so I called to give latifah a chance to fix the mistake once again, and she wants me to pay because I did not notify her within 24 hours. She then proceeded to gaslight me and told me I had never once brought these concerns to light at the salon which is false. So now I am left with orange, streaky highlights that I hate. Really bad customer service. Service: Hairstyling

I asked for water and I was told there is only tap waterif you are paying 120+ for a wash/cut/colour you would expect a basic necessity like water!!! Did not feel like a salon experience at all. Everything is dirty and unhygienic and I asked for black and received a warm brown which is very annoying! Will not be returning , AVOID at all costs!! Service: Hairstyling

Overall I had a really nice experience, the blonde lady who made my nails was an absolute legend, she could take me even though I was half an hour late(stuck in traffic) and made me such gorgeous nails, still not chipped or broke after 4 weeks! Unbelievable really. I will definitely go back. The only down side I would mention is the price.. BIAB nails are 50, somewhere else is 35. I got the full set Gel-X, cost me 60 when it's basically a very good quality "press on" nails. Another 10 removal, and extra cost for nail art as well... But hey, I guess we need to pay for quality work.. I still recommend them though :) Service: Manicure
