        Mostly very helpful and competent staff but ATMs and paying in machines are constantly breaking down. Queues for help at the information desk and cashiers are long and very slow all day. Often only one cashier's till is open. NatWest won't let you pay in large cheques on the app, or organise large payments, so this really is not convenient. My concern is that Natwest will close this branch, like those in Brentford and Isleworth. It really shouldn't be necessary to travel so far to access the banking services that can't be used online.

        I visited my local branch of Natwest in order to request something. I am disabled and the member of staff I primarily engaged with knew I am disabled. My experience of visiting my local branch was mixed: the aforementioned member of staff was a little patronising to me and also said something to me that bothered me. The bank was also a bit noisy for me. But the aforementioned member of staff handled my request efficiently and I did not have to wait long to see her. There was also evidence that the bank was COVID-secure.

      NatWest won't let you pay in large cheques on the app, or organise large payments, so this really is not convenient.
