        Just waiting for the announcement that this branch will shut. Staff fairly useless cash point never works. Been banking here for last 30 years but last 3-4 years staff have not been great and cant ever help with issues and tell you to call someone else

        Went today, lady in reddish dyed hair very unbothered about me, she helped me out in a way seemingly like I disgusted her for asking questions. She kept talking with her colleagues even though I was there queuing (nobody in the queue). Unprofessional and inhuman
