Urbane Design

Ive been working with Robert on design and planning for a total refurb of my house in Chiswick to include ground floor, first floor, loft and out building. He set out a plan to ensure we could get through planning as quick as possible and get started on the project within my timescale. He has a good relationship with the planning department and has worked with them for many years so fully understands what will be permitted/ where to push. He is responsive, speedy, organised and listened to our design ideas and incorporates them in to the final drawings. He has some good builders he could put forward to tender and the whole process has been seamless. We started building last week and I can't wait to see it all come together.

Robert is an awesome dude. I am a foreigner and was not used to any of the UK processes and procedures - Robert was very patient and guided us every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Rob has been fantastic to work with - first class! He has patiently guided us through a full remodel of our west London home, including basement, ground floor extension and full refurb. His support and advice has been invaluable. He has an excellent network of builders and suppliers, a strong understand of local planning requirements and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to do a similar project.

We worked with Rob over a course of 12 months on a complete renovation of a house in West London which involved basement conversion, rear extension, dormer and internal remodelling of the layout. Rob was very professional and quick to respond but more importantly came up with lots of ideas from which we were able to choose the final layout. He also helped us make some tough choices when it came to prioritising where we wanted to invest our renovation budget. It was a pleasure to work with Rob. Now we need a bit of a break from renovation work :-) but if we ever decide to take on another project, we would definitely want to work with Rob again. Highly recommended!
