I haven't been in this shop for a few years as I have moved. This shop has changed drastically and not for the better. I asked if they sold no nails. There were three workers all sat down working on the computer, none of them had a clue what it was and one of them pointed me to the nail and screw section. I explained it was an adhesive and then pointed to another area in the shop. Needless to say they didn't sell it. One of the workers said when I went back up to them we dont sell it then. I am shocked that three workers in a tiny tool shop don't know what they sell or what equipment is used for. I will not be returning.

So basically I paid this place 12 to inspect my drill find out what was wrong with it then i was asked to pay 105.60 for them to order the part and do the work after months of not receiving a phone call I pop in and was very rudely told that if I didnt have the recipe in hand how could they help me like it was a crazy idea look into it alternatively after a heated discussion a man from out back said he remembered the drill he then said that they dont make parts for it even though they had already charged me for the price of the part and labour then when I asked for my money back they said I could only have 65 out of my 117.60 because of a inspection fee and on top of that refused to give me a invoice for the transaction and paid me in cash a complete shambles of a outfit and I will be pursuing this with trading standards
