I booked an appointment to do my nail and was thrown on a trainee that did my nails before I was not pleased
As I did not book her, he decided to just pass me over to her when I step through the door, it was obvious he waited to see me first before he pass me to her I find that disrespectful as I called him to confirm met appt I will never go there again, because I was uncomfortable with the service ( I am a beautician for over twenty years and I know a trainee and good customer service ( he claim the manager was on holiday when I ask to speak to her) very bad service
