        Hired a car, for the weekend. Good price, good service. No issues. Quick check in and out. Deposit paid back into my acc a few days after return. I have used them on a few occasions and will do so again.

        Terrible customer service! Had a replacement hire vehicle arranged through my insurer while my own was in repair. Not enough guidance/info on vehicle when they hand it over to you. Can't contact branch by phone to ask specific questions about car (they just don't answer). National customer service unable to help either - just refer you to the branch that supplied the vehicle - who don't answer calls. Took three days to collect the hire vehicle after I notified them I no longer needed it. Very inconvenient!
