Unacceptable customer service. They dont reply to the dealer I got the Rizzini from. They have had it 11months and no idea on when it will be returned. Dont allow ASI to take you goods. You may never see them again. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Bought a rifle, turned out to be under powered, the RFD had closed (turns out it really WAS a closing down sale). ASI kindly offered to repair it at cost, even though it turned out to be new old stock so not quite what it was sold as. The cost of the fix was minimal, service brilliant, many thanks.

I rang up with a problem with my gun and the gentleman who I spoke to went above and beyond to get my gun sorted, they even sent me some seals out free of charge. 5*s guys fx should be very happy with you lot looking after their guns. Awesome service
