I've been working with Academics as a supply TA since December, and honestly I couldn't fault them!! I can get shifts that work around my timetable which is so good as a final year uni student, and I've always been offered shifts if I've said I'm available. Hannah and Beth are absolutely lovely and have been so supportive the whole time, and I know that any questions I have will be happily answered by them (and very promptly too!) I've had the best time working in SEN schools and so glad that I was given that opportunity by Academics (honestly think I've found what I want to do in the future!!) Being paid weekly is great too. So grateful to have this experience before I start a teaching course later this year, its made me feel a lot more confident and has been so enjoyable. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for work in schools, especially if you're a student and need that flexibility! :)

Professional, competitive and compassionate; they go above and beyond to ensure that you find the right placements! My team leader David is fantastic! He checks in regularly and genuinely cares and thinks about me- not only as a teacher but as a human! Im genuinely utterly Impressed! Thank you guys! I work flexibly as a Teaching Assistant through Academics where I'm able to pick my availability weekly to fit with University Scheduling. Beth and Hannah came into a University Lecture and delightfully informed us about the company - their attitude and diligence since in ensuring that myself and several others are doing well and are comfortable in our roles is outstanding and highlight them as credits to the team. I'd highly recommend Academics to fellow students wanting to gain experience in teaching and education roles.

I worked with Academics for about a month and a half as a SEN TA and the support I got from Beth and the initial onboarding by Tina was great. I appreciated how not only efficient but warm and flexible they were.
