I cant recommend Charlies yoga sessions highly enough. Shes incredibly knowledgeable, teaches with a gentle grace and humility and is brilliant at adapting the lesson to your abilities and needs. A true inspiration

Charlie is a brilliant teacher with so much experience she makes you feel very at ease on the mat and has a really lovely way of taking you through each class. She taught me more about the individual poses than Ive ever learnt before in other group classes. Couldnt recommend more highly.

Charlie is a fabulous teacher, very kind, patient and super knowledgeable. I have complicated issues with my back and she was very understanding and helpful in terms of helping me manage it with one to one sessions - would highly recommend!

Charlotte is an excellent and very natural teacher. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about yoga but makes it accessible to everybody. She's pays close attention to people's needs and is good at communicating clearly. I highly recommend classes with her.
