Baba Chemist - Alphega Pharmacy

Asian men working in the pharmacy is extremely rude to customers. Once he was screaming at me because the gp prescribed me a wrong prescription (antibiotics with penicillin) which I cant take. I felt so uncomfortable and the energy is toxic , also Ive been in the pharmacy many times and I think he has some mental health problems so I wouldnt take it personal anymore

Good staff at the pharmacy. All the male staff at this chemist are very nice and helpful. I disagree with the other negative review- I go to the pharmacy often and have never seen any male staff being rude to customers or screaming! It's a lovely local pharmacy, nice environment. Will definitely go back there.

From the original call to coming in, i was really impressed with their professionalism. I had my Flu vaccine and was well informed about other issues. Thank you guys

A really lovely young man called elllio, dealt with me today.. I have severe mental health and he was so helpful and patient with me whilst helping me understand my new medication Ive never met someone like this who has the time for their customers without passing judgment on ones life!

The woman at the counter threw my girlfriend's estrogen prescription back at her and called her sir. Didn't even offer to order it in. Obvious transphobia. This happened on the 13/09/22 at 18:45.
