        Since the pandemic this surgery has nosedived. Almost impossible to get through on the telephone. I have dossette boxes delivered by the chemist. But my pain medication is a controlled drug so has to be requested. Every other month there is a problem and I have no patches so go cold turkey. 2nd month now this has happened. I put the request in the Thursday before last, not done. Needed a new patch yesterday. Its actually becoming quite cruel. I will be struggling to go into the surgery after 2.00pm today. Illegal I know but how else do I get my pain relief. An absolute shambles of a service.
