        Just over on a hour on hold to book an appointment, just to be told all slots are booked up. Don't think they realise how much disruption and anxiety this causes in one's working daily life. Then they question why I'm using my inhaler so much and refuse to prescribe my inhalers. Your system does not help with managing my asthma.

        As an adult male with complex ptsd, bpd, severe depression and anxiety i have given up trying to seek help as these health services love to treat people like me like if im an animal. Actually my cats get better care from veterinarians than me from Dr's. So don't take me wrong if i wish you'd all die slow

        I have just had the most vial receptionist on the phone talking to me like I'm not worthy of help care navigator my backside, I have blood pressure issues and she just carried on with her attitude maybe she is in the wrong job maybe she should be a prison officer.
