We are so pleased with our West & Reid kitchen - its absolutely beautiful! Working with Malcolm and Tom on it was a real pleasure - they struck a great balance of creativity and practicality, came with lots of ideas, and also made sure it ticked off everything on our wish list. The process felt very personal throughout. Fitters very professional too. Id highly recommend.

What a kitchen! We have been living with our West and Reid kitchen for a few months now and can safely say its going stand the test of time, the level of detail is incredible and the craftsmanship is really off the charts. West and Reid took the time to understand what we wanted from our kitchen and delivered something truly custom. I dont usually find the time to review things BUT we cant rate it enough. Well for guys

Kitchen looks fantastic and I'm very happy with the quality and the outcome. Malcolm and Tom's customer service throughout the process was meticulous, constantly making sure things were right and that you were getting what you wanted, and also making useful suggestions along the way. Probably the best Ive experienced so they come with the highest recommendation from me.

We asked Malcolm and Tom from West and Reid to design and build our kitchen units. They didn't just provide a standard design - they worked with us to come up with multiple different designs so we felt like we had covered all the possibilities before we made our final decision. Their work is beautiful - the units appear seamless and we've had so many wonderful comments about them. We liked their initial work so much that we asked them to do even more for us! Everything is truly bespoke and works for our house and the finish is brilliant.
