My partner and I have been training with Carl for almost 3 months now and we have loved every minute of it. We look forward to our sessions, where we are challenged and have fun. Carl has helped us massively with nutrition as well and the changes we have made are sustainable. We can already see a massive progress. Carl is an amazing coach, he is not only very knowledgeable but also dedicated, supportive and fun to work with!

I cant recommend Carl highly enough, he is professional and very knowledgable . He has a calmness about him, but manages to really motivate, encourage and inspire . I love my sessions with him and the way I feel afterwards. There isnt a week that I dont feel or see some improvement. Everyone should have a PT like Carl .

Carl is brilliant! He has far exceeded my expectations: in just a few weeks my overall fitness has improved, I feel great and people around me have started noticing changes. I wanted to get back into working out after a break due to chronic neck and shoulder pain. Carl understood my personal circumstances and planned a program to meet my needs and goals. He is a fantastic coach, clearly explains the technique and always makes sure you are comfortable with each exercise. He provides and seeks regular feedback and makes adjustments to the sessions as needed. You definitely feel it is a team effort. The sessions are challenging but within reach. A perfect balance to keep you motivated. Highly recommend!

Ive never had a personal trainer before but Ive been training every week with Carl for a year and its been excellent. Ive build strength and got much fitter. Hes great at creating new exercises every week to keep the sessions interesting and fun. We train in the park or in my garden and hes always flexible with session times to fit around my work. I can really recommend him to anyone who wants to have fun whilst getting stronger and fitter. 6 stars! Thanks Carl!
