Kumon Maths & English

Kumon has been brilliant for my daughter. Thanks to the clever way the system works, and the wonderfully supportive teacher, my daughters confidence has grown to the point that she is working two years ahead of her age group. It has also given her a genuine love of maths. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: As a result of the reply from the new owner / teacher, I like to confirm that my original review was based on the previous owner / instructor and not the current one. The fact that the previous owner no longer operates the centre goes to show the truth of my original review I assume . Thank you. My original review; "I don't like giving bad review, I try to be balanced and considerate, BUT this has to be an exception to my rule. I sent my child there for a short while and the "teacher / instructor" had to be the worst, worst, worst, worst, very worst, very very very worst, "teacher" that I have ever met. Threatening children, dismissive of parents queries, impatient, quick to anger are only a small description I could put here. She showed visible anger and impatience towards my child. My child was was very young and obviously the whole Kumon exercise was very new to my child. I actually saw another girl who was about to start her session crying at the door pleading to her mum not to send her in - she was scared to death of the teacher!I I later found out / was told by another parent that the teacher used to conduct her sessions at a school, but was asked to leave / kicked out. The "teacher" SHOULD NOT be allowed anywhere near children, she is that bad. DON'T even consider sending your child there! Please."
