        Johnsons paint never matches the printed colour swatch . Changed it twice still not the colour I ordered. They mix paint according to your selected swatch , but it never works out. Total waste of money. However the staff are nice , friendly and helpful.

        Been in today. The prices have risen since February. Heard people swearing in the warehouse and what I would call low level of customer service. Difference to their Chessington branch. Ignore and spend 10 minutes going to Chessington. You will get it cheaper as well.

        If I wanted to hear foul language then this is the place I would regularly go to. Not only does the shop feel like you have gone back 25 years the staff attitude matches. Disgusting. I hope their management reads this and replies. Update..... I have not 4 weeks after posting review heard anything from Johnstone Paints, so much for customer service or caring about what customers think. Will never use this store again.. Still waiting 8 weeks on. Guess it says a lot....
