I have just witnessed atrocious treatment of a customer. Normally I wouldnt get involved but the guy behind the counter wouldnt listen to the gentleman wouldnt was bringing back a spray can of paint that was like water. The gentleman clearly understood how to use the paint and explained how he hthat is wasnt fit for purpose compared to other spray paint he had used and explained all of this. The man behind the counter dismissed everything and even walked of halfway to take a personal call. Having just been to the Sheen Branch and had excellent service from Kevin and previously left glowing reviews for two of the staff at New Malden branch I would say I give balanced reviews. Darnil is one bad apple among a company who I feel give excellent service and do actually care about their customers. He had no consideration that the customer clearly had difficulty standing.

Good location with customer parking. Excellent customer service, help to select products for white-painted exterior metal furniture etc, need to treat patches of rust. Prices very competitive. Most lines in stock.
