        I'm not a plumber and very inexpert, so it makes sense to go to a helpful specialist store such as Wolseley Kingston instead of wandering lost around a DIY hypermarket. I was happy with the service. I recommended to my fiance when she had a gardening project and she was also happy with the great service, thanks!

        While the staff are polite don't rely on them for next day collection. I ordered a part for a waste trap for my kitchen sink on Thursday online for next day collection. Phoned up on Friday 90 minutes before they closed to be told the part should have come in but hadn't been delivered to them for some unknown reason. They said the part would be in on Monday. I said that was no good and it would be better to drive to their Wimbledon store to buy another one. Due to traffic I didn't manage to get to their Wimbledon store in time. I ended up going to Toolstation on the same industrial estate and spending 6 times as much to get a new waste trap with the part on it. The part took about 2 minutes to screw on and now I can use my sink properly. I now have to sort out getting a refund from them.
