First class service from Christine. Christine has an extensive knowledge of the prom dress industry but does not push you at all. The appointment is relaxed, informal and enjoyable. You dont feel rushed to choose or take a particular dress, you could try on as many as you wish. One very happy daughter.

Christine is absolutely brilliant; extremely friendly and very helpful. She clearly has many years of experience, as she is really knowledgeable. My daughter found the perfect prom dress! I would highly recommend Crystal Breeze to anyone looking for a prom dress.

What an absolute pleasure meeting the lovely Christine today. She is so personable and really knows her stuff. It's worth noting that we went to a well known dress shop in Hounslow and they couldn't talk to us but were happy to talk to each other. Back to Crystal Breeze, Christine has a unique personalised system where when you purchase a dress she makes a note of the school so that nobody can buy the same dress making the experience totally unique and the dress niche. We chose several dresses to try on today and after the pit stop to Hounslow returned to Christine to make our purchase. The young lady with us who has her prom coming up in June is a very happy bunny. Christine also gave us the details of someone who could alter the dress with a 20% discount. I can't recommend Christine enough and the choice of dresses was second to none. Hounslow's selection was nearly double the price with none of the personality. Please say i sent you, you will not be disappointed

Me and my 2 best friends went here and we had an amazing experience a lovely and contrasting range or styles colours and sizes and Christine is the nicest lady helping us choose and suggesting styles and sizes and really made us feel like princess we all bought a dress and would 100% recommend and she also wont let the same style to the same school loved our experience xx
