Some staff have great customer service whilst others come across they just dont want to be there with 0 personality
Food is alright but menu doesnt state all the ingredients of whats on the food so if you have allergies etc maybe check first,
Youd make more money if staff came up to the tables to ask if you want anymore drinks/hows the food/dessert etc.

We had to wait for 3 hours, we couldnt get our game on as time is getting to close hours.
Maddy blessed out our day with an extra free game for next time..

It was a bank holiday and pay day weekend so the wait was much longer than expected/usual. We found ourselves rushing our only game which made it quite unenjoyable and we didnt even manage to finish it. Major credit to Maddy for sympathising with our situation and leaving us with smiles on our faces, providing compensation to keep us coming back. Excellent service!
