        At the last minute and as a help to them we rented some equipment to LSD. They then didn't look after the hired equipment. Failed to pay and or respond to emails. We dealt with a bloke called Jon. Waste of time that was. Had to threaten a summon. Avoid.

        One of their store holders in Tamworth broke my brand new phone (outside Game). LSD initially said theyd help resolve it, then ignored my calls, messages and requests for contact details and insurance. They then blocked me on Facebook. I'm surprised that councils continue to renew contracts with them knowing that they treat people like this.
