These guys are brilliant. They have transformed our dental practice. They worked incredibly hard, fixed pre-existing issues, small jobs and the major ones. I would fully recommend them to anyone needing a transformation. Our practice looks incredible, modern, refreshed and is a model for other practices to follow! Thank you all for being so lovely.

Very bad experience. 1) wrongly over invoicing. 2) very pushy attitude 3) after care is the worst I have ever seen Very disappointed at the service and would advice to stay well clear.

One of our two suction pumps stop working which was responsible for running our surgeries. Engineer came in to repair machine and also advised to disconnect the second suction pump as not required for both surgeries. When the surgery was used again - we had no suction. I called up and was told the engineer could come in a few days. The engineer came and reconnected the suction pump and both surgeries were working again. Then promec invoiced us for the second call out and threaten us with debt collectors .It was the engineer who advised us that the 2nd suction pump didn't need to be connected. Bad experience. I have heard since from another surgery having similar problems with Promec Avoid calling out with regards to any form of engineering

We have recently started a very complicated building project at our dental practice. After months and months of battling with planning, archeology and party line issues, we started to get quotes from builders. Due to very limited access into the site just about no builder was interested in taking the job on. We have used Promec before for all our dental surgeries, but never for such an extensive job. What an absolute delight it has been to deal with Jacqui and her wonderful team!!! From day one communication was wonderful. Quotations were always done within days. Deadlines were met time again and again. Rob and his onsite team were professional, tidy, quiet, flexible and we are in awe with the quality of their work. Rob and Dave even managed to resolve a few sticky issues with our neighbours due to their honest and professional approach. Jacqui and Daves passion and enthusiasm are visible throughout the company. Our patients and neighbours all mentioned what an outstanding building team was on site. We felt really proud to have chosen them. Me and my husband cannot thank Promec enough for changing our nightmare of 3 years into a stunning new surgery, staff room, office and landscaped garden. Cliche as it is, we started with builders, we ended up with friends.
