Bought a car in may, took it back twice with issues they fixed it ok, went back a 3rd time was told they didnt know what the problem was and advised me to take it to vauxhall dealer at a cost to myself even though was under warranty, cost was 120 vauxhall fixed the problem at a cost of 80 after a heated discussion with richard he agreed to pay 70 . I left feeling cheated but had no more energy to argue. I have now had the car 4+ months. Shortly after buying the car i expressed my concern about how often i had to fill the car with water he tried to fob me off by telling me the water works its way around the engine which empties the water tank, now only to learn the water tank was leaking. I also told him about a service warning light that had come on along with car skid line light, and as these lights came and went, he said he could not do anything unless lights were on permantley . This issue is now costing me 400 . This car cost me 5,500 and i feel cheated. Dont buy a car from Richard Langman . Buyers beware he offers a service when buying a car, rubbing brakes disintigrated filter filthy spark plugs and black engine oil clearly no service had been done. V5 also not recieved from him by DVLA had to pay 25 to get V5. Been to trading standards via CAB there is a sales of goods act 2015 which says you ate entitled to a full refund if goods not fit for purpose. Richard langman has had 2 weeks to respond to this act and so far has refused to return my money. 2 weeks are now up richard langman has not responded to the sales of goods act he clearly thinks he is above the law

As previously stated good range of cars nobody else wants if that's all you can afford.......but you get what you pay for, if your lucky !

Bought/ part exchanged a picasso. 2 days on realised heater wasn't working very well. Phoned, got it in 2 days later, new heater matrix installed, loaner offered but not needed. Finished and collected under 3 hours all on warranty. Brilliant friendly service. Thankyou very much.
