Hilperton Post Office

Parcel force messaged me to say my parcel had been delivered. Went to collect it and was told that no parcel had been delivered. Contacted parcel force after checking the tracking saying it had been delivered to here and they also sent me photographic evidence of it being handed to a staff member. Phoned up and explained this to be told that parcel force had not delivered anything to the store today. After saying I had photographic evidence that my parcel had definitively been delivered to a staff member they found it behind the counter, not stored away like parcels are supposed to be! Made my evening very stressful and could have been easily avoided. Service normally slow and frustrating so overall a very bad experience.

Everything I take here takes a long time, signed for and other 48hour delivery items take about 6 to 7 days. Have now gone elsewhere and is much quicker as in 2 to 3 days as it should.

Staff at Post Office located in Budgens, Hilperton always very friendly & Happy to Help. Nothing too much trouble. Thank-You Post Office Staff.

Remember it's a sub post office and doesn't have all the services.
