        When you're collect your medication you should pick up the right brand of when it says on your prescription not a cheap brand you did not say when you give it to me I refused it the medication. I went back in and you said to me I have to go back to the doctor's surgery tickets peat description say the right medication make 2005 August 28th I had no problems whatsoever you are a member of staff made a dramas about it. I am very disgusted how you treated me. Ladies why are you go back to the kitchen sink with birth control and stay there then there will be no problems in a workplace with there. Anyone emotional distress.

        Went to pharmacy after two weeks pills still no ready staff ver unhelpful just made excuse after excuse then my wife went in to be given wrong persons pills this dangerous sloppy and a disgrace for staff who have been there years didn't even check that it was right address all the staff need to go on training course how to speak to cluster and how to handle medi and handle medication
