ASW responded quickly to my initial contact, and visited my home within 24 hours. Simon did a thorough roof inspection, as my neighbours have had problems with rats in the roof, and I was concerned that they may have come through to my property. He reported that no further action was needed, he is dealing with my neighbour's infestation, and will update me when he does the follow up call with them, and also check that I have no further concerns. Simon pointed out some damage to the ground around the drain at the front of the house, as this could be a possible way in for rats in the future. He advised as to how we can rectify this damage. I consider the service ASW provided to be of the highest standard, and would definitely use them again in the future, if I had any similar concerns. Service: Rodent extermination
