I started training with Stu last year and he pulled me out of that low motivational sludge with boxing exercises, HIT circuits and most of all by being a friend. He tailored session around old injuries I had and he's got me feeling a lot fitter physically as well as mentally.

The coaching sessions have been extremely rewarding. I started working with Stu, 12 months ago, after finally accepting I needed to actively change my life. Weighing just over 23st, knee problems and running out of breath, I wanted to change my eating habits and transform my lifestyle. Stu has made it fun! Every day has been different from functional moves to explosive exercises like plyometrics. The best part has been finishing the workouts with boxing drills. He helped me find something I enjoyed and used it to encourage me to get better at it. Stus approach is very simple but effective. He creates a comfortable yet challenging environment with light nudges to help me get out of my comfort zone. He helped me navigate through many exercises, workouts and made me aware of my ability, strength and technique. He has the natural ability to make you recognise your own potential and guide you to unlock it. 12 months later and 10st less, I highly recommend working out with Stu!

I started training with Stu to help with my HITT training as I was training for a Muay Thai fight. We did boxing, pad work, high intensity interval training and he transformed me into a beast! Battle ropes, box jumps, assault bikes, ball slams, and even weight training to build strength and stability. I cant recommend him enough. He pushed me when it was tough and supported me when I needed it most. Stu is one of the best trainers I know & I am very grateful for the impact he made in my training journey.
