        I have joined Tribe PT after I saw people recommend it on Facebook as personal trainer for people with MS. In the beginning I had little to no confidence in my body, but Dean was there every step of the way. Every time he was saying I can do it and slowly I did. Corina also helped me building the confidence and adjusting the exercise when it was too much for me. It has been a year now since I've joined Tribe PT and I can't thank them enough for not letting me believe I can't do it, I'm now able to run, do burpees :) and star jumps, even the skipping rope :)) Thank you Tribe PT

        As a complete gym novice, I was slightly apprehensive about joining a 'gym' but was immediately made to feel welcomed and relaxed. I've been pushed outside my comfort zone at every session but the support and encouragement has been second to none and I'm now reaping the benefits from my efforts. I can't recommend Tribe highly enough.
