        Lovely friendly staff. My son is always made to feel welcome. His complex visual needs are managed very well with high standards of professionalism. Any emergency appointments or frame adjustments are delt with promptly and efficiently. Phone calls are always answered in good time, with a friendly person always keen to help. Thank you to the Trowbridge team for the great continued service.

        Had my eyes tested this afternoon and i'd got my little boy with me. He was well behaved and generally is a chilled out little sausage, but this afternoon, to take a load off me and out of real kindness, the team talked to him and played with him. It meant that I could focus properly, he was happy and everything was so much smoother. Thank you very much for being AMAZING!
