We are first time buyers without a clue about buying a house, so after reading the brilliant reviews for Roxanne we decided to contact her. Ever since the first contact, she has been absolutely brilliant. She spent hours explaining everything to us and making sure we understood what we were doing. She was very fast to get back to us, even outside normal office hours. She always responded to our queries quickly. She was able to find us a very good mortgage at a great rate for the amount we needed, despite turbulence in the market. She was so fast to process our mortgage application, we were ready to exchange contracts well in advance of the rest of the chain. We cannot thank Roxanne enough!

Highly recommended! From our first call, Roxanne was super approachable and took the time to understand our situation as first-time buyers, with one of us also being self-employed and her expertise and deep knowledge of the market was critical in helping us navigate the mortgage products available to us. She explained everything brilliantly, always pausing to ensure we understood the process, and she was on the end of the phone whenever we needed her (which was a lot!). Since first speaking with Roxanne to get a second opinion, to securing our final mortgage, we have been so pleased with her service. In an uncertain time when our mortgage rate is going up significantly, she has done everything she can to help us secure the best possible rate, giving informed advice, whilst providing us with all the options to make a decision. She is very friendly and understanding of individuals financial circumstances and how this impacts their mortgage decision making process. She kept me up-to-date on rates and the status of our application. She is also l very quick to respond to queries which is always appreciated!
