Can't recommend JMS highly enough. No pushy sales process, just clearly explained the options to suit my budget. They were more than happy to hold off fitting of the second half of my purchase for an embarassingly long amount of time with zero complaints. The fitting experience was brilliant on both occasions, everything was completed quickly and to a high standard.

We've recently used JMS for both laminate and carpet. Their customer service both in the shop and on the phone has been efficient and friendly. We live in an old wonky house which has thrown up a couple of issues that JMS have sorted immediately. A great local company that cares about delivering a good local service. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Our experience with JMS has been 5 star from the second we went into the shop in Trowbridge. Very friendly and constructive advice on our requirements with commercial and imaginative solutions to problems. We have used them three times in the last few months and the service has been 5star.
