We used Grayson Florence for our house sale and were very pleased with the service we received. David guided us through the process, everything was clearly explained in a professional and efficient manner. It was incredibly easy to arrange viewings and manage offers through their online system, interest in our house was generated quickly and it sold within a few days. It was very easy to get hold of the team via WhatsApp/phone outside of office hours and a response was sent through quickly. We received weekly update emails from Jayne which were very useful. David and Helen have been absolutely superb from the word go. Proactive, helpful, available (within reason) 24 hours a day for our questions. They carefully laid out their plans for our sale and overdelivered by 13,000! They also assisted with all the info we asked for on houses we were looking at to purchase, which was a massive part of why we chose Grayson Florence. They come highly recommended
