All of the staff have been most efficient and professional during my recent experience. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me well informed all of the way through the process. I would certainly use this Estate Agent again.

We are so glad that we chose Kingstons because they have gone above and beyond in helping us through the whole process. Ben and his team have been very patient and thorough, when faced with any difficult issues, making the process as smooth as possible. Ben and Jackie kept us informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend Kingstons.

Very disappointed. I had a sale going through with this estate agents but I found a few members of staff to be rude on the phone. I was spoken down to several times and treated disrespectfully. I'd done nothing wrong and it was highly inappropriate. Perhaps the staff are more respectful to buyers buying higher price properties, but I didn't feel respected and I wouldn't recommend.
