        Awful service! Was told 7-10 days for resizing my wedding band. 4 weeks later and an increase in cost and I was finally able to pick it up. Took my mums engagement ring in to have a stone re-set. Again told 2 weeks. 6 weeks later and its still not ready and couldnt be located in the store! Very unhappy!
