I cannot rate Nick and team highly enough. When an initial sale fell through with another agent, Nick was very keen and proactive in taking over selling my house. During a period of economic uncertainty I had doubts that I would ever sale, but now with confirmed completion date, it's happening. And this is all due to the help from Nick and all at the Trowbridge office. Highly, highly recommended.

Davies & Davies have been absolutely brilliant, making the process of renting our new place very straight forward. Weve been corresponding mostly with Kirsty who has been nothing but great at getting back to us in good time and answering all our enquiries. We viewed a number of properties with them but this one stood out, and we managed to get the one we wanted through them. Their customer service and attention to detail has definitely made the process less stressful when it can be a stressful time of life! Thank you!

Our experience with Davies & Davies at Trowbridge has been really good. From our first contact with them to present. The staff are really helpful and efficient. Any repair problems are dealt with quicly and without any trouble to ourselves.
