Thanks to Sian and the team at BLB for making the sell of the house relatively stress free. The complicated Land Registry issues were dealt with efficiently and Sian kept us informed at every step. She is so friendly and helpful and that goes for all the other staff with whom we came into contact. Good value for money. We would recommend BLB to others and will use them for house sales in the future.
