I visited Verona restaurant on Tuesday 21 February 2023 in the early evening, a weekday during term time. I was with one other person. This was my first visit. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was easy and led me straight to the right place. I didn't book a table in advance, we just turned up. The restaurant comprises of one medium sized main dining area with a number of tables with full table service. The restaurant was bright and clean. The team were incredibly friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed a Tropicala pizza for my main course and the most delicious Tiramisu for dessert. The pizza arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was good value for money, I paid 30 for two courses and two drinks. Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come and visit again. The only reason I've given three stars for atmosphere was it was a bit chilly in the restaurant but the food and service were excellent.
