The Hilperton village Lock-up or Blind House is a Grade II Listed Building dating from the late 17th Century, altered in the early 20th century and restored in 1978. This small, single storey stone building has a doorway with plain, limestone chamfered surround facing the street. There is a plat band to a domed roof, topped with a ball finial.
