Seen Lisa today (12/9/22). She squeezed me into her busy schedule after my original appointment with another staff member was cancelled due to sickness. She was informative, kind and very compassionate to my difficult situation. She went above and beyond the standard level of service and is an asset to the company and team. Thank you Lisa for being a lovely person. Georgina x

This one star is because of recent happening at the Trowbridge Job centre involving a member of staff who was rude, unreasonable and arrogant. This member of staff clearly has zero skills in communicating with the public with decorum. I will be putting in a formal complaint.

Complete waste of time energy, and believe it or not money I have been trying to claim for universal credit through Trowbridge job centre since last month, and Ive recently picked up a job elsewhere though still not enough to help feed a family of 4. I told them this and asked them respectfully if they could work my appointment time around my work. I have also been quite unwell so Ive had to meander my doctors and hospital appointments around it. I am then made another appointment which I was prepared for, though they decided to change it last minute from a time I specifically wasnt working to attend, to the next day without any notice. I then notified them that I wasnt able to attend once again because they were too last minute, though I had no reply from an agent. I then had a message from universal credit saying to check my journal, I checked my account, and the person claimed that they had attempted to call me (which they did not) and that I failed to attend my appointment. I notified them as soon as I could, even though they gave me barely any notice (ironic of them as theyre doing the same thing) yet they still cancelled my claim leaving both me and my partner struggling. The specific agent has been reported through the system. Good stuff Trowbridge Jobcentre. Well done
