Russell recently fitted our new hot water cylinder and did a great job! Hes easy to contact, efficient and friendly. Very pleased with his work. Would definitely recommend him.

Russell kindly looked at my boiler issue at short notice, and provided good communication at all stages, when we could expected him, the nature of the fault and an estimate. The issue was sorted quickly - would recommend.

Pros: He booked us in very quickly and arrived on time. He resolved an issue with our water temperature. Cons: There is now a problem with our boiler display since he worked on it. His excuse was the cupboard underneath made access difficult. We are now left with a faulty pcb control which is expensive and when he eventually responded we were told we would have to pay for the replacement! No real apology or ownership over something that was caused by him. Disappointed after reading such great reviews. The best he offered is free labour however a replacement part still costs 300! Now worried that future boiler services might be difficult/impossible due to the display not showing temperature properly. Ok, no one is perfect and mistakes happen but not happy with the way its been handled.

Fast response time to first contact and just as quick to get my issue fixed. Friendly, efficient and didnt charge a fortune. Perfect service thank you
