Thank you so very much to D J Bewley and in particular to Jayne for all your help and support in arranging the funeral of Mr AK. This is the second time that we have used you in a relatively short space of time. Thank you Jayne for being kind caring sensitive supportive and empathetic all anyone could ask for at this difficult time We used your florist on both occasions and the flowers were perfect everything that I asked for. In communications, even if Jayne didnt answer the phone everyone seemed to know what was happening so there is clearly excellent communication within your team again this alleviates stress from the client perspective Naturally we wouldnt hesitate to recommend you. Ryan Bewley and the team at D J Bewley in Trowbridge provided an excellent service during what is always a difficult time. The communication is excellent and no request whether for guidance or direction is always timely and handled with respect. They show understanding and caring for the family. Their approach to clear pricing is reassuring and easily understood, making the decisions easier. They provide a very supportive approach that in no way feels like a money making concern, they are there to support the family. I would thoroughly recommend them.
