Recently I found out that as long as the company is making money they really do not care about whether the customer is happy. This was apparent when I took my vehicle in with an issue and with it being less than a year old it was still within warranty and the team were in no rush to fix the issue. I expressed my concerns via email to the manager regarding his team within the service department, the outcome of these concerns was a half hearted phone call from the particular employee, who I found to be very unhappy in his job, offering me a courtesy car suddenly at short notice when one was not available for a couple of months prior to my email. Regardless of this poor attempt at keeping their customers happy and following their complaints procedure, no problems were fixed and I opted to take my vehicle to the Winford branch who were more than helpful with their approach.

Recently brought a two year old Focus from Trowbridge Ford. It's a lovely car and I'm gradually getting used to the changes in technology since my previous Focus (2011 vintage). The sales rep Harry was most helpful and enthusiastic. Thanks.
