Asked for beef and onion pie and got home and it was chicken and mushroom pie , which I didnt ask for, and I notice the shelf was the one to take the pie out of the freezer and in the microwave, and theres always different staff working there, wont be going there anymore

It had been a long time since I was charmed by the idea of a nice traditional fish and chips, but it would seem something about the quality of this one just didn't make the cut. My only criticisms would be around the food. The staff were friendly and helpful, the kitchen appeared to be clean and food handling practises were well handled, overall I think the quality of the fish and chips could be a little better, but the customer service here is very up to scratch, which makes up for the lacklustre meal.
